control panel. The control panel offers outstanding control and features, such
major functions as two-step length counting with LED display, tension setting,
motor speed meter, speed setting, waste material switch
2. This brake brings the machine to a complete stop. No tolerance is caused by running
inertia. It provides complete uniformity and accuracy of tension control
3. Top and bottom slitting knives: the top slitting knives are adjustable, fully
eliminating the problem of burrs, and the bottom knives are fixed. The top and bottom
knives design makes this unit especially suitable for slitting products with
poor or uneven tension. The design creates a smooth, side surface finish to the
product
4. Pneumatic unwinding shaft: this 3" diameter, pneumatic shaft allows quick and
easy loading of material, greatly improving productivity
